Yorkshire were 100-7 at the close of play yesterday, but Brophy made 85 and Wainwright who hit an unbeaten 102 steered the home side to pass Warwicks total of 320 and add eight more runs.
In their second innings, Warwicks were 111-2 with Ian Westwood and Ian Bell four not out.
