Linus Sundstrom won the prestigious Brandonapolis tonight at Brandon.
Sixteen riders including World Champion Greg Hancock and a number of Coventry Bees riders past and present competed in twenty heats.
Sixteen plus reserve Stewart Robson was reduced down to Hans Andersen and Scott Nicholls who both scored eleven points going straight to the final and the likes of Chris Harris, Ed Kennett, Ben Barker and Linus Sundstrom going in the Semi-Final.
Harris was disqualified in the first running of the Semi-Final and when the race was re-run, Ed Kennett and Sundstrom qualified.
Ed Kennett had problems with his bike and was forced to retire as Linus Sundstrom held off Anderson to win with Scott Nicholls in third.
