Stratford Town won 1-0 in a Southern League South & Western Division game at Guildford City.
Stratford had Tyrone Fagan hit the post and a Sterling shot kicked off the line but there were no goals before half-time.
There were few chances in the second half but in the 88th minute, some good work from Chris Sterling played in Gregory who scored to give Stratford the three points from their trip to Surrey.
