Coventry Storm Speedway Team were beaten 48-41 at Mildenhall

The Storm included Ben Morley as a guest rider and took the first with a 5-0 win when first Nielsen and then Baseby were excluded for falling.

Heat two was re-run after the Storm's Martin Knuckey was excluded and saw a 5-1 for Mildenhall.

A 3-3 was followed by both teams taking a 5-1 and another 3-3 before the Storm won heat seven 4-2.

A re-run heat eight finished 3-3 and heat nine had to be re-run but this time, Mildenhall won 5-1 to lead 27-26.

Mildenhall won three out of the next four heats 4-2 in between a 3-3 and were now 42-35 up going into heat fourteen.

The Storm won that 4-2 but it was too little too late as Mildenhall won the final heat 4-2 and the Storm went down to a 48-41 defeat.
