Stars Not Bright Enough For The Blaze

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team beat Dundee Stars 3-1 at the Sky Dome on Saturday evening.

The Blaze trailed to a Dylan Quaile powerplay goal on 5.23 but came back with a short handed Cale Tanaka goal on 10.01.

There were no goals in the second period but in the third, the Blaze were 2-1 up when Adam Henrich, netted on 42.29, assisted by Michael Henrich and Ross Venus and fifty eight seconds later, Kelsey Wilson put the win beyond doubt with a third goal, assisted by Shea Guthrie and Berlisk, to leave the Blaze needing a win in Cardiff tonight to book a place in the Play-Offs.
