Rugby Town were beaten 3-0 by Slough Town in the Southern League Central Division Play-Off Semi-Final tonight.

Rugby got home advantage due to their second place finish but it counted for nothing as Slough took the lead in the second half when Ed Smith, was left unmarked to score after a free kick was not cleared and a second goal was headed in by Johnnie Dyer from a Dobson corner.

Harris tapped in for a third and it was Slough who were booking their place in the final on Monday.
