Nuneaton Borough face the prospect of being placed into Administration.

This news comes about as the club prepare for a meeting with Nuneaton Council on Friday about lifting the deed of covenant on their former Manor Park home to enable it to be used for housing.

Unlike the Sky Blues who had this deed on Highfield Road, which had been left to the citizens of Coventry by Lord Kenilworth, lifted on the quiet thanks to certain Councillors, if this deed is not lifted Bloor Home could retain £580,000 as a contingency against a possible maximum Section 52 payment,a sum which would send the Conference North side into administration with immediate effect.

Should the deed be lifted,Nuneaton will move into their Liberty Way home and will face City Reserves on Tuesday July 17th.
