Coventrian Ian Bell only scored four runs as England beat South Africa by six wickets.

Kevin Pietersen's side needed 197 to win on the final day of the game at The Oval and were 109-0 at lunch, thanks to some good batting from Andrew Strauss and Alastair Cook who was caught off the bowling of former Warwickshire man Paul Harris..

Ian Bell hit one four in the 36th over, but in the 38th, he was out bowled by Ntini. Strauss followed as did Kevin Pietersen.

In came Andrew Flintoff and in the 52nd over, Freddie hit a four and two balls later a six to give England a six wicket victory and to make the series final score 2-1 to South Africa.
