Genting Casino Coventry have confirmed they will be the main sponsor of Coventry Blaze Elite League Ice Hockey team for the 2012/13 season.
Both parties are excited about the new partnership and Tracey Gough, General Manager of Genting Casino Coventry, said: "We are delighted to be able to sponsor such a successful team and we look forward to working closely with both the players and supporters."
Genting Casino Coventry is a casino which will be located at the Sky Dome in town and will open in November.
Sally Mahers, General Manager of Coventry Blaze, said to the Blaze website: “The club is naturally delighted with this new partnership and we look forward to taking to the ice as the newly named ‘Genting Casino Coventry Blaze’ when the new season gets underway in a few week’s time.
“Everyone is really looking forward to the new season. We’ve signed some fantastic players and the excitement and entertainment levels look like they will be as good as we’ve seen for many years.
