Coleshill Town travelled to Dunston in the North East and were beaten 2-1 after extra time.
Swailes put Dunston ahead in the 53rd minute and that looked to be enough until Matt Brown levelled just seconds before the final whistle.
The game went into extra time and a goal from Dale Burrell was enough to knock out Coleshill who had Daniel Douglas sent off for a reckless challenge two minutes from time.
