The Coventry Godiva Harriers runner will compete in the 200m, despite withdrawing from the British Olympic Association trials in Birmingham on Sunday due to a virus.
Devonish, who has been the captain of Team GB's athletics, had already reached the time set for the Olympic qualification at a previous meeting.
