Leamington FC were beaten by a strong Birmingham City side in a pre-season game on Wednesday night.
A crowd of 324 at The New Windmill saw Birmingham field the likes of Hayden Mullins and Peter Lovenkrands and the Brakes, who start their Conference North campaign next week, put up a good performance.
The game was decided in the 80th minute when Reece Hales fired home to give Birmingham a 1-0 win.
