Leamington Are The Champions

Leamington FC are the Southern League Premier Division Champions and will take their place in the Conference North next season after a 1-0 win at Bideford.

A crowd of 360 saw Batchelor score the only goal of the game in the 76th minute.

Nuneaton Town finished their Conference programme with a 1-0 win at Dartford

Lee Burge and Arron Phillips played for Kevin Wilkin's side who won with an 81st minute Wes York goal.

Bedworth United are in big trouble after a 3-0 defeat at St Albans. They trailed to a ninth minute Bailey goal which was followed by a goal from Henry in the 71st minute and one from Ngoyi in stoppage time.

In the Midland Alliance, Stratford Town were held to a 1-1 draw by Stourport Swifts. Tyrone Fagan put Stratford ahead in the 40th minute but three minutes after the restart in front of a crowd of 379, Lewis Pountney equalised. However, it was enough to see Stratford win the League.

In the Midland Combination Premier Division, Racing Club Warwick lost 3-0 at Bolehall Swifts, Coventry Copsewood losr 4-3 at Brocton, Atherstone drew 1-1 at Castle Vale JKS, Nuneaton Griff won 2-1 at Pelsall Villa and Southam lost 3-2 at home to Stafford Town.

In the Midland Combination Division One, Alvis, who beat Shirley 6-0 on Thursday, won 4-3 against Stretton Eagles.
