Jets Move Up A Gear

The Coventry Jets American Football team's pre-season moves up a gear this weekend when they travel to Milton Keynes for a scrimmage game against the Ouse Valley Eagles.

The Eagles are newly formed team following the merger of Bedfordshire Blue Raiders and Milton Keynes Pathfinders.

The Eagles are playing in the National South East Division, where they will face opposition such as Kent Exiles and Ipswich Cardinals.

The Coventry club will meet up with ex player Will White, having
departed from the Peterborough Saxons is the Head Coach of the new
club.

Head Coach Paul Rickhuss said, "This is an important part of our build
up for the new season. The players have worked hard during pre-season
practice, it's now time to put that practice to the test."
