Coventry Moto GP rider Cal Crutchlow feels he is gaining momentum after finishing eleventh in the Grand Prix of Japan this morning.
The Yamaha rider from Wyken was one of one riders who incurred a ride through penalty for jumping the start at Twin Ring Motegi.
Crutchlow came off the circuit three times but still finished in eleventh place, one place higher than his qualifying position in a race won by Dani Pedrosa.
Twittering, Crutchlow said; "I was happy to finish the race and get more experience. "I feel we are gaining momentum."
