Coventry Rugby Club beat Stourbridge 22-17 in a National League One game this afternoon.
At Butts Park Arena, a crowd of 782 saw Myring put Coventry ahead with a third minute penalty. Eight minutes later, Myring was on the scoresheet again when he converted after Parkins ran in a try.
Daynes added a try converted by Myring to see Phil Maynard's side 17-0 up after 19 minutes.
Stourbridge came with a 33rd minute Woodrow penalty and in the third minute of first half stoppage time, White scored a try which Woodrow converted to reduce the arrears.
In the 48th minute, Coventry added another five points when Dechatres ran in a try and with Stourbridge only scoring one try at the other end through Davies in the 76th minute which Woodrow converted, Coventry were able to record an excellent 22-17 victory.
