Coventry Rugby Club beat Tynedale 29-19 this afternoon at Butts Park Arena.
A crowd of 734 soon had a Coventry try to cheer when Tibbatts went over in the ninth minute which Hodgson converted.
The visitors came back with a 14th minute Harris try, converted by Outson who again converted when Harris scored a second try three minutes later.
Cliff Hodgson took over kicking a 20th minute penalty and in the last minute of the first half, scoring a try which he converted to see Coventry lead 17-14 at the break.
A minute into the second half and seven more points were added to the Coventry score when Poole ran in a try which Hodgson converted.
Harrison scored a 52nd minute try for Tyndale but a 76th minute Tellwright try gave Coventry a win by ten points.
