Coventry City Ladies have been rewarded with a home draw after their FA Women's Cup Second Round extra-time victory at Wolves yesterday.

Paul Cudby's side have been drawn at home to either Rochdale or Preston in the third round of the competition which will have its cup final at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on Saturday May 21st.

Speaking about the win over Wolves, Cudby said to Steve Carpenter: "It was a really tough performance but I am delighted we are through. "Wolves are a good team and we knew they would be strong because they have already showed why they are doing so well in league.

"Our character was exceptional and the team's spirit was excellent right from the word go. For them to draw level but then for us to go on and and win in extra-time is a huge achievement and credit must go to the team. "Everyone gave everything they had, but Lynchy was exceptional both as a centre-half and a leader."
