Hinckley United have been wound up.
The club have issued the following statement: "Further to the winding up petition issued by the Downes Executive Pension Fund against Hinckley United Football Club Limited, the directors attended the court hearing at Birmingham today where the winding up petition was granted.
The board would like to thank it's supporters, sponsors and shareholders for their support in these sad and difficult times.
