Good Win For Leamington

Leamington beat Stourbridge 4-2 this afternoon in a Southern League Premier Division fixture.

Taylor put the Brakes ahead in the 22nd minute with Husband adding a second four minutes into the second half.

Stourbridge, who had beaten Plymouth Argyle in an FA Cup tie last month, hit back with goals from Drake (64) and Broadhurst (66).

Tuohy had Leamington back in front in the 78th minute and two minutes later, Taylor scored again to wrap up the three points for the Brakes.

Bedworth United missed out on a win when they conceded a goal in the sixth minute of second half stoppage time to Chertsey Town. Cartwright had given the Greenbacks a sixth minute lead but very deep into stoppage time, Postance levelled.

Rugby Town drew 1-1 at Fleet Town with Fagan snatching a point with an 89th minute goal.

Southam United's game at Walsall Wood was postponed.
