Derbyshire batted this morning and declared on 417-6,setting Warwicks 378 to win.
Jon Trott who hit a century in the first innings was not out on 45 with Ian Bell 28 and Darren Maddy 23 as Warwicks closed on 160-4 and the match was drawn.
Warwicks took ten points from the game with Derbyshire getting nine.
