Cup Replay For Nuneaton

Nuneaton Town, go into the FA Cup First Round proper draw tomorrow despite being held to a 2-2 draw at AFC Telford in the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round.

Kevin Wilkin's side took the lead in the second minute through Waite but six minutes later, Telford equalised through Jones.

Nuneaton thought they had the winner when Simon Forsdick put them back in front in the 83rd minute but Telford earned a replay at Liberty Way on Tuesday night when Valentine levelled in stoppage time.

Bedworth United went down to a 4-0 home defeat to Banbury United at The Oval in a Southern League Premier Division fixture.

In the Midland Combination Premier Division, Southam United could not make it ten wins on the trot when they went down to a 2-1 defeat at Brocton.

Atherstone Town lost 1-0 at home to Stafford Town, Racing Club Warwick lost 4-2 at Bloxwich United, but Coventry Copsewood beat Blackwood 4-2 and Nuneaton Griff beat Pelsall Villa 3-1.
