Crutchlow Finishes Fourth

Coventry born Cal Crutclow finished fourth in the MotoGP Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas in Austin, Texas.

The former Stoke Park pupil, who was unable to test, started fourth on the grid but dropped down to fifth in the early laps. But with thirteen laps to go, he got his fourth place back and kept for the rest of the race.

Spain's Marc Marquez, won the race, to be the youngest ever MotoGp winner, ahead of Pedrosa and Lorenzo.  

Crutchlow tweeted:  Was very tough but team did a fantastic job all weekend. I’m proud of what we achieved at new track and with this weeks troubles.

"I think we can go home happy and hope you all really enjoyed watching the race."
