Coventry's Moto GP rider Cal Crutchlow finished 11th in the Indianapolis Grand Prix.
The Yamaho rider from Wyken qualfied in eleventh but had dropped to fourteenth with seventeen laps to go.
He moved back up to thirteenth a lap later as Casey Stoner and Danny Pedrosa battled it out at the front.
With seven laps to go, he was down a place once again but soon got that place back. Then on the last lap, he got up to eleventh for a succesful.
At the front, Casey Stoner took the win ahead of Pedrosa second
