Coventry Jets American Football Team won their opening game of the season.
The Jets took on Gateshead Senators at Coventry Sphinx FC and Tony Perkins scored a second quarter touch down which was converted to give Coventry a 7-0 lead.
In the second half, Oli Campbell ran in a second touch down for the Jets which saw the PAT being good and Coventry Jets started their season with a 14-0 win.
