Coventry Blaze Beat Hull

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team won 4-2 in a Challenge Cup Group B game against Hull Stingrays tonight.

The Blaze took the lead on seventeen minutes with an unassisted powerplay goal by Luke Fulghum.

Jereme Tendler levelled with an unassisted goal on 24.28 but Coventry were back in front when Dustin Wood scored, assisted by Fulghum and Fussey on 26.05.

There were no more goals until the third period when Shea Guthrie, assisted Malic Krajl, and Domish made it 3-1 with a powerplay goal on 42.42. 

Less than a minute later, there was another goal for the Blaze fans to celebrate when Owen Fussey, scored, assisted by Greg Owen and Dustin Wood.

Jack Watkins fired a second goal for Hull on 56.23  as the Blaze took a 4-2 win.
