Coventry Bear Rugby League team hammered Hindley 90-16 this afternoon.
At the Butts Park Arena, Coventry were soon ahead through a Josh Bell try. Hindley replied with a try which was closely followed by another try for The Bears scored by Dave O'Connor to make it 8-4.
Duncan Barrett then increased Coventry's lead with a try converted by Dan Poulton and there was one for Christian Jacobs, converted by Dan Poulton before Hindley went over for a converted try.
The scores continued with Alex Brown running in a try, converted by Dan Poulton who also converted Dave O'Connor's second try of the game.
Chris Dixon, Alex Beddows and George Carlton all scored with tries, two of which were converted by Poulton as Coventry led 48-10 at half-time.
In the second half, Alex Beddows, Alex Mills, George Carlton, Duncan Barrett and Gavin Grant all scored converted tries before Danny Carney ran in a try for Hindley.
Liam Wellings and Tawanda Chipadza also ran in converted tries late on as Coventry won 90-16
