Cov Rugby Beaten At Rotherham

Coventry Rugby Club went down to a 41-11 defeat at Rotherham Titans in a Championship game this afternoon.

Phil Maynard's side who had been fined £1,500 for their part in an incident in the match against Birmingham & Solihull trailed 22-8 at the half-time interval with Lewis scoring a try and Russell a penalty.

Russell kicked a penalty in the second half but Rotherham, who had lost at Coventry on the opening day of the season, added nineteen points to win the match.
