Coventry Copsewood FC suffered their second cup final defeat in less than a week when they were beaten 4-0 by Heather St John in the Final of the Les James Cup at Walsall FC tonight.

Watched by a crowd of 208, Moore gave Heather a 38th minute lead and with five minutes of the match left, added a second against a Copsewood side playing their fourth match in six days.

There was no comeback for Carl Nolan's side and Hill hit a third for the Leicestershire side in the 88th minute before Quinn added a fourth in stoppage time.
