Charity Match To Remember Mark

The Mark Seddon Memorial Cup takes place this Sunday - 31st August 2008. Starts 11:30 ish at Hawkes Mill Sports And Social Club, Browns Green, Allesley, Cov (Lloyd McGrath's place)

All proceeds to University Hospitals Cancer Wards

The event is a 4 way football tournament between a team made up of Marks Brother and his friends, A team from Coventry Police FC, A team from Peterbrough where Mark had family and a team from Rotherham where Mark had friends.

Entry is free. There will be raffle tickets available on the day. Prizes include 3 day holiday in Cornwall, Nintendo Wii and Wii fit, Signed Cov shirt for this season, Rally driving day, pampering day, Rangers v Celtic match tickets, England briefcases, plenty of wine and beer plus loads more. Tickets £1 per strip

There will also be a bbq, music, bouncy castle and loads of beer too

Mark was the police intelligence officer at City and some of you may also know his Brother Paul (Pud) Seddon. Mark died of Cancer aged just 38 on the 28th September 2007 and is sadly missed by us all.
