Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey Club opened their Elite League season with a 2-0 winat Fife on Saturday night.
Twenty hardy souls from Coventry had made the journey to Scotland and saw all the goals come in the first period.
The Blaze took the lead on 1.38 when McLean scored, assisted by Owen and Guthrie who also assisted when Fussey hit a power play goal on 16.38.
