Mike Bayrack gave the Scottish side the lead on 12.01 before Matic Kralj levelled on 34.58, assisted by Robert Farmer and Shea Guthrie.
It stayed at one each until the final minute when Jade Galbraith found the net and two seconds from time, Kyle Bruce hit a third for Braehead with an empty net goal.
