Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team beaten Hull Stingrays 7-4 tonight at the Sky Dome in a Challenge Cup tie.

Adam Henrich, fired Coventry ahead on 10.50, assisted by Ashley Tait and Michael Henrich and on 24.53, set Ryan Ginand up for a powerplay goal to make it 2-0 to the Blaze.

Hull came back with goals from Jason SIlverthorn on 25.56 and Guillaume Doucet on 29.55.

On 38.51, Michael Henrich fired the Blaze back in front with a powerokay goal, assisted by Ginand and Cale Tanaka but in the final second of the second period, Hull made it 3-3 when Matt Davies netted.

Kenny Kalstrom scored to make it 4-3 with a powerplay goal on 41.43, assisted by Tanaka and Erickson and sixty one seconds later, Ryan Ginand scored his second goal of the evening, assisted by Adam Henrich.

Hull pulled a goal back through Doucet on 46.03 but Adam Henrich scored a sixth, assisted by Michael Henrich on 47.18 and Ashley Tait rounded off a 7-4 win when he scored, assisted by Adam Henrich on 53.08.
