Blaze Put Five Past Hull

Coventry Blaze made it a four point weekend with a 5-2 victory at Hull Stingrays.

Coventry were ahead on 2.28 through Shea Guthrie and it was two when Ryan Ginand netted, forty three seconds into the second period.

On 33.55 and with the Blaze on the powerplay, Kevin Harvey scored a third with Ross Venus making it 4-0 before the period ended on 37.12.

Hull pulled one back through Carl Lauzon on 51.14 but on 59.23, Ryan Ginand scored an empty net goal.

There was still time left for Guilluame Doucet to score on 59.48 but it did not stop the Blaze leaving with two points from a 5-2 win.
