Blaze Hit For Six

Coventry Blaze were beaten 6-2 at Edinburgh Capitals tonight in an Elite League fixture.

Edinburgh took a two goal lead on 4.50 through a powerplay goal from Patry, assisted by Cingel and Holecko and 33 seconds later, Steel scored, assisted by Dobron and Hay.

The Blaze hit back with Russ Cowley netting on 13.45 with a powerplay goal, assisted by Campbell and Cameron and an unassisted goal from James Griffin. 

There were no goals in the second period but in the third, Edinburgh were back in front on 46.38 through Leinweber, with assists for Jarolin and Hartmann and then on 47.11, Zembergs made it 4-2, assisted by Clingel.

Zembergs added a fith on 56.37 and on 58.32, he completed his hat-trick with Cingel and Holecko, assisting both goals as Edinbugh made it a bad night for the Blaze.
