Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey Team have signed a deal with the 71 Rooms and Silks Suites Hotel, at the Ricoh Arena.
The hotel will provide accommodation for opposition teams including the Belfast Giants, Newcastle Vipers and Edinburgh Capitals and their supporters and it is expected that up to half the hotel could be filled up for big matches.
James Pease, general manager of Coventry Blaze, said to the Ricoh Arena website: "We are always looking to find new partners in the business community and 71 Rooms and Silk Suites is based at one of Coventry's best known locations.
"We are one of the top teams in Britain on the ice, and we are working to make sure that is true off it too. This is our latest partnership and one we are confident will be a success.
"So we're pleased our visitors will get a comfortable night's sleep - because we'll be aiming to give them a pretty uncomfortable 60 minutes earlier in the evening!"
