Blaze Defeated At Sheffield

Coventry Blaze were beaten 6-4 away at Sheffield Steelers tonight.

Coventry took the lead on 6.25 when Luke Fulghum scored assisted by Russ Cowley and there was no more score until the second period when around 2,000 Steelers fans had something to cheer when Legue equalised on 21.36 and Huttel put them in front on 25. 54.

Ramsey made it hit a third on 28.31 before Luke Fghum hit his second of the night on 29.14 and then Legue scored again on 38.37 with a shorthanded goal to make it 4-2 to Sheffield at the end of the second.

Clark hit a fifth on 41.23 before Arron Nell made it 5-3 on 53.27 with a powerplay goal and Owen Fussey reduced the arrears further still on 54.49.

The Blaze went for the equaliser but Clark hit a sixth with an empty net goal just before the end.
