Coventry Blaze suffered a defeat at the hands of Sheffield Steelers last night.
The Steelers were two goal up at the end of the first period through Jeff Legue and Ashley Tait.

Jon Weaver, assisted by Sylvain Deschalets and Dan Carlson, pulled one back after 32.57 but goals late on in the final period from Robert Dowd and Brad Cruickshank after Danny Stewart had been given a game ban for abusing an official, made it a miserable night for the travelling Blaze support.

Paul Thompson's team are at home to Basingstoke Bison tonight. Face off at the Sky Dome is at 6pm.
