Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team were beaten on penalties in over-time at Fife Flyers tonight.

The Blaze travelled without four players and went a goal down on 12.52 when Haines scored on the powerplay.

Fife went further ahead when the puck took a deflection off the stick of Dolan, hit Peter Hirsch on the back and went into the net.

Brad Leeb pulled one back on 30.17 with a powerplay goal and early in the third period, Coventry were level when Brad Leeb was left in front of the net to score with a rebound.

As with last night, the game went into over-time. No goals resulted so it was penalties and Bryan Pitton saved the decisive penalty to see the Blaze go down to a defeat.
