Blaze Beaten By Belfast Again

Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey Team went down to a penalties defeat to Belfast Giants tonight.

The Blaze took on Belfast for the second night in a row at the Sky Dome and were a goal down on 1.14 through Evan Chevrie.

On 36.18, they drew level when Kevin Harvey scored, assisted by Michael Henrich and Shea Guthrie and two minutes and fifty three seconds into the third period, The Blaze went ahead when Michael Henrich found the net, assisted by Adam Henrich and Ashley Tait.

With just under six minutes remaining, Belfast drew level thanks to Kevin Phillips and this took the match to first over time and then penalties which Belfast won.
