Blaze Beaten At Sheffield

Coventry Blaze were beaten 5-2 tonight at Sheffield Steelers in an Elite League game.

The Steelers took the lead through Nate DiCasmiro on 6.59 but on 12.28, the Blaze levelled with a powerplay goal from Adam Henrich, assisted by Ashley Tait and Kevin Harvey.

There were two goals in the second period and both fell to the Steelers with Robert Dowd scoring on 23.45 and Drew Fata making it 3-1 on 35.01.

Six minutes and fifty four seconds into the third and Robert Dowd scored a fourth.

Ryan Ginand scored a second for the Blaze on 53.08, assisted by Michael Henrich and Kevin Harvey but Stefan Myer went up the other end and scored on 54-02, to send the Blaze to a 5-2 defeat.
