Bees Take A Lakeside Hammering

Coventry Bees did not get the result they wanted in the first leg of the Knockout Cup Final against Lakeside Hammers at Purfleet.

Although Ed Kennett picked up 12 points for the Bees and Ben Barker scored 11, Chris Harris had a bad night scoring only 2+1 points.

Adam Shields rode a full maximum for the Hammers who won 59-35.

The second leg is at Brandon on Friday October 23rd.
