Coventry Bees made it two wins in two days with a home victory against Eastbourne tonight.

The first heat was re-run after Chris Harris fell off but he got back on his bike to finish second to Ben Barker to give the Bees a 4-2 start.

Arron Summers won heat two for a 3-3 and the third heat saw a 5-1 for the Bees to see them have a 12-6 lead.

Another 3-3 and a 5-1 thanks to Matej Zaker having to start 15m back after his steel shoe came off, increased the Bees lead which by heat eight saw the Bees 33-17 up.

Kylmakorpi had a tactical ride in heat 9 to reduce the margin slightly but a 3-3 and 5-1 with great rides from Kasprzak and Summers kept Coventry thirteen points ahead.

Eastbourne won Heat 12 4-2 before Kasprzak dropped his first point of the evening. Lewis Bridger and Arron Summer wrapped up heat 14 for a 5-1.

The visitors won the final heat 4-2 but it was The Bees who triumped 53-40.
