Bees Bitten By Wolves

The Bees travelled to Wolverhampton for what is always a hard fought match, but were weakened by tracking guest Kevin Doolan at reserve and having to use rider replacement to cover the injured Scott Nicholls.

The match started as expected with the first 2 heats drawn before the Wolves moved into the lead with a heat 3 maximum. However the Bees pulled that back to level the scores after heat 5.

The Wolves managed to gain a 6 point advantage but the match turned at heat 11 where Chris Harris fell whilst chasing the leaders, and had to withdraw from the meeting as a result.

This left the Bees with too much to do in the final heats and the Wolves took full advantage running out victors by 51 points to 39.
