Bees Beat Leicester

Coventry Bees beat Leicester 48-42 tonight in an Elite League meeting at Brandon.

Fielding a full strength side, Hans Andersen won the first heat for Coventry in a 4-2 and followed by Jason Garrity winning heat two for another 4-2.

Two 3-3's were followed by Chris Harris and Andersen taking a 5-1 to give the Bees an eight point lead which was back to four in heat six when Doyle and Ljung were able to get past Kyle Howarth and Kenny Hansen.

Leicester came within two points with another 4-2 but after another two 3-3's, Howarth and Harris rode for a 5-1.

Three more 3-3's had the Bees eight points clear going into the final heat but a 4-2 to Leicester restricted the Bees to a 48-42 win.
