Coventry Bees beat Belle Vue tonight at Brandon.

After last night's win at Ipswich, Chris Harris top scored with 10+1 points as the Bees won by nine points in an Elite League fixture.

The match started with an Aces heat win but thereafter the Bees took control of the meeting, by way of four successsive 5-1 maximums over heats 3 to 6 to open up a margin of 25 points to 11.
Iddly heats 7 through to 10 were all drawn, which included a Belle Vue tactical ride in heat 8 which whilst their rider James Wright did score double points, the programmes recorded a 4-4 drawn heat.

The gap was further pegged back when another tactical ride, this time by Aces Krystof Kaspersak, helped produce a 2-7 heat advantage and narrowed the match score to 40-31, which was further reduced by an Aces 4-2 in next heat.

However the Bees held their nerve to see out the win with 4-2 heat advantages in the final two races.

On Thursday night, the Bees travel to Swindon, who are the visitors to Brandon on Good Friday.
