Coventry Bears Rugby League team were beaten 16-22 at Bristol Sonics on Saturday.
Sonics lead 4-0 at the break but early in the second half, Nikki Hemopo ran in a try for Coventry.
Leslyn Pratt and Hemopo scored again but Bristol kept fighting running in three trys, two in the last few minutes to take the victory.
Next week, Coventry take on Leicester Storm at Old Coventrians Rugby Club in Tile Hill. Kick off is at 2.30pm and admission is free.
