Bad Light Stops Warwicks

Warwickshire had a bit of a collapse against Yorkshire at Scarborough before bad light intervened.

In this must win game, Yorkshire won the toss and opted to field and had Warwicks in trouble straight away when skipper Ian Westwood again disappoiinted the Warwicks support when he was caught off the bowling of Ajmal Shahzad for only one run.

That brought in Ian Bell back from the Ashes victory and the Coventry born batsman made 23 before being bowled by Shahzad.

Having already lost Ant Botha for 13 prior to Bell's dismissal, Warwicks then had Jim Troughton out for 9 when he was caught by Bairstow off the bowling of Shahzad.

Warwicks limped to lunch on 53-4 but bad light has ensured there was no further play in the next two sessions.
