Another Defeat For Bedworth

Bedworth United were beaten 3-0 at home by Coalville Town in a Northern Premier Division One South League game tonight.

Former Coventry Sphinx midfielder Callum Woodwartd opened the scoring in the 19th minute. Cameron Stuart scored a second in the 54th minute and Reece Lester scored a third in the 86th minute.

In the Midland Alliance, leaders Tividale went ten points clear with a 3-0 win over Coleshill Town with Gornal winning 1-0 at Walsall Wood and the games involving Alvechurch who take on Coventry Sphinx on Saturday and Boldmere St Michaels finishing 0-0.

In the Midland Combination Premier Division, Coventry Copsewood were beaten 3-1 at home by Brocton who won the League title at Allard Way.

Southam United were beaten 2-1 at home by Pershore Town and Alvis drew 1-1 with Earlswood.
