Walsgrave Asda Becomes A Club Shop

Coventry City have announced that they have opened a new club shop in Asda at Walsgrave.

CCFC Commercial Director Nathan Kosky told the club website: "We are always looking at ways to make our services as accessible as possible to everyone and this is a great way of giving supporters the chance to buy Coventry City merchandise while they are doing their weekly shopping.

"The Walsgrave branch of Asda is always busy and with Christmas rapidly approaching, it will save our supporters time being able to buy their Sky Blues presents at the same time as visiting the store.

"Asda staff will be manning the unit and we will make sure it is fully stocked as well as introducing different products - in fact some of the items will be exclusive to the store.

"We are always looking at different avenues to sell our vast range of club stock and hopefully we will be able to expand this to other Asda stores in Coventry and Warwickshire.

"This should raise the profile of the club and the supermarket in the east of the city."
